Summit Sunrise is a look at our beloved Red Rock Canyon in extremely rare form. After camping on the summit of Mt. Wilson - the tallest of the iconic sandstone peaks in Red Rock Canyon just outside of Las Vegas - first light illuminates Rainbow and Bridge Mountain bringing warmth to a frigid February morning. This photograph represents the natural beauty of our home in the desert from uncharted territory - an unforgettable “top of the morning” experience looking down on the brilliantly banded cliffs recognizable from nearly anywhere in the Vegas Valley. These peaks are the exact same peaks featured from the valley floor in Bobby’s Goodnight Moon.
